Stella1952 Posted November 1, 2009 Report Share Posted November 1, 2009 The wick is only ONE aspect of getting a good hot throw. You can test a size smaller and larger wick to see if that has a bearing. If that isn't it, then you could look at the amount of FO you are using, the source, or additives you can try (ie. USA, coconut oil, etc.). Be sure you are allowing your candles to cure for about a week before testing for HT.
