ebcandles
I get 2 end cuts of soap with every CP batch I make. They range in 2 to 2.5 oz each. Does anyone have any suggestions for these? I thought I could sell them but they are not the prettiest of the bunch.
Scented
Couldn't you chunk them up so that people could sample them say at your booth or in the bathroom at a show, where you post your business card etc.? There's a gal at a show we were at who had people washing their hands and she was ladeling water of their hands etc.
shutterbugg
i actually split mine in two and use them for samples
Guest EMercier
I thought about the sample idea as well for your end pieces.
chrisIA
Or you could sell a bunch of them together as "odds n ends" or "irregulars" at a discounted price - I've bought them that way, I just want the soap!!
sudsnwicks
Yeah, if you just want the soap, it does not matter if the end cut doesn't look as nice. Because after a couple of showers, you can't tell the difference any more.
Scented
Another thought is to chunk them up and give them out to people who come into your booth as a miniature trial size. Perhaps they might come across a scent they really liked and in turn order from you again.
mystical_angel1219
You could keep them sorted by scent and shred them for soap bags.Or, cut the in small chunks, bevel them a bit and sell them for 1.00 a piece as a "try me soap" or give them away as samples at home parties. lindsaycb
Shoot, those are usually the slices I get to use!
MommaD
You could do a sample package on your website. I would love something like that.
