Hi All!!

I know this is the dumbest question probably ever but I've googled everything I can think of and can't find nothing, I've never made any candles in molds, just jars. I bought a grubby mold...how do you use those wick pins? Which I'm assuming is what you use with them. I feel dumb asking but I have no clue.

Also, someone had asked about molds and I know that Vicky told her a bunch of places to buy molds and I can't find that thread either so if anyone could help, I sure would appreciate it! Thankyou so much!

Hugs!

Find the center of the mold and poke the tip of a sharp knife through it. You don't want a big hole. Just a slit or a cross slit will be enough. You want the silicone mold to close around the pin and not leak wax, so don't cut out a hole.

Thread the wick pin through the hole. This is how I do it with a few of the molds I have.
