whoisthis Posted March 10, 2009 Author Posted March 10, 2009 yes, i am using the igi 4630, fruit slices scent from peak, 1.4% fo....jar is 4" h and 3.25 dia, the wick is a zinc core 51-32-18....i was going to go to the zinc core 44-28-18z....and was going to exp. with a non-zinc core wick Quote
diamondk Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Do you have any 44-32-18z wicks? I use either a 44-32 or 51-32 in my 9 oz hex jars. Are you using 1oz of fruit slices to a pound of wax? HTH Quote
whoisthis Posted March 10, 2009 Author Posted March 10, 2009 no, i just have the 52-32-18 wicks (was suggested as best wick) and im using about 1.4 oz of scent.....not 1.4% sorry Quote
diamondk Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Ok. With Peak's oils I only use 1 oz per pound of wax. Some of them I can also get away with 1/2 oz per pound. HTH Quote
funnygirl Posted March 10, 2009 Posted March 10, 2009 Also, how long does it take you to get this deep of a melt pool? Quote
