I just have 2 questions...Are the butters in these recipes before or after melting? Will the outcome be different if the measurements are taken after melting? With the cost of ingredients going higher all the time, it's worth it to ask. I've asked questions, and tho it may have been quite obvious to others, it wasn't to me.
