jwn6w
Does anybody know if you can use the candy molds wilton (they are plastic) to make different shaped tarts in. It would be nice for the holidays and fun too. I would think it would be OK since the chocolate is very hot when you put it in them. Any ideas am I right or wrong? Carriegsxr6
if the molds have too much detail, the softness of soy wax may cause the tarts to get stuck in the molds. Using pillar wax may help with this problem, but I would stay away from molds with too much detail.
kandlekrazy
I've had pretty good luck with the candy molds using C3. It's greasy enough to pop out fairly easily.
bells4shells
I've used them before and it's fine. I don't pour too hot because it will warp.
msalex28a
What about silicone molds? I saw some at the dollar store of christmas trees but was very hesitant.
