Wick drowning!

 Share

Recommended Posts

Hello! I use Ecosoya 135 CB and made some 16 oz container jar candles. Most turned out just fine, but a few of them started to burn, then they were just was burning a narrow melt pool down the middle and the wick went out from drowning in the soy wax!

It is a 100% cotton wick.

What went wrong? Anyone else experience this?

Thanks!

You probably need to use a larger size. Or even a different type of wick for those scents.

Plus, if you use the search option, I'm sure you will find a ton of information where other's have experienced this too. You are definitely not alone.
