SueH
Does anyone know if Silvermoon is still in business? I haven't been able to get into their website for quite a while and really want some more molds. I might try emailing them.
CareBear
hmmm, well their contact info is still up so give them a call or shoot them an email.http://www.silvermoonsoapsupply.com/contact.html
jbren
I believe they were kind of inundated and their production schedule is way behind. Instead of closing their site, they should have just explained it there. I was lucky enough to snag my beauty from SoapSaver at the Dish. I think I'm going to christen it tonight. CareBear
I might be posting a couple of gorgeous log molds soon... Barely used and I absolutely love them but $$ is particularly tight right now.
SOAPFREAK
I wanted a silvermoon and emailed sandy almost a week ago and no response so I called them and no response there. I caved in and ordered an Upland.
Luci
I want a Silvermoon, too, but was concerned about the time frame. I'll have to keep watching the classifieds for a log mold.
Linnyeg
They are great quality molds, but their customer service leaves a little to be desired. I ordered at the beginning of August when the time frame on their site was 1-2 weeks. At 3 weeks I e-mailed them cause I hadnt gotten a shipping notification yet. I was told it'd be shipped right then. At 6 weeks I e-mailed again. It hadnt even been shipped out yet. I was NOT impressed.
Luci
Lindsay, have you gotten the mold yet?
IndulgentCreations
I've been watching the classies for a log mold too. I have always used slab molds but would like to get a log mold to try a few things I can't do in a slab.
