PurpleHippie
I know that some people mix soy and palm. Why is this done? Doesn't the soy change the crystal look of the palm?
Judy, USMC
I had one FO that wouldn't throw in straight container palm (Glass Glow-CS). Added 20% soy (CB-135) to see what would happen. No change to the crystaline structure but the throw did improve.Never bothered after that. I just accept that there are too many other FO's that will work ... rather than spending time trying to MAKE a FO throw.
R.S.
I've stopped using Palm but the reason I did it was to soften the palm a bit, which is a really really hard wax. Although I found if I went over 10% that I started to lose the crystalline structure.
