ladysj Posted September 19, 2008 Share Posted September 19, 2008 Most of the stain sticks that I've read about and the one's my mom made when I was a kid was a 100% lard bar. I have heard of people adding a small percentage of coconut to produce some lather in the bar. CareBear Posted November 13, 2008 Share Posted November 13, 2008 either lard or coconut, 0% SF, some add in some lestoil or something like that to boost the cleaning. also I've heard orange EO but won't bet on that to do much.oh I remember, there is a turpentine wanna-be that you can add - turpenoid I think it is called. you can get it in art supply places and MAYBE home depot.
