Potential (wholesale maybe?) Customer

The wife of one of my co-workers is a realtor, so I asked the co-worker if she gives her buyers/sellers little gifts. Of course, she does, but I had to ask anyway. He said Yes so my question now is--how do I price my candles to her? As a wholesale account or as a retail account? Any discounts? For volume, maybe? She won't be reselling them so she won't be a retailer, and maybe I just answered my own question. Anyhoo, what do YOU do?

If they buy small amounts, sell retail, if they buy your miniumum for wholesale then sell at wholesale prices.

Unless she is buying tiny amounts, I would offer her a small discount, business to business, 10% or whatever. If she starts buying your wholesale amount, then give her your wholesale price.

For our realtors we give a percentage discount on their purchases. For all but 1 I give 15% off, for that other one she gets 25% off since she buys a larger quantity on a pretty regular basis.
