Angel91805 Posted June 26, 2008 Report Share Posted June 26, 2008 Just wondering if it's just me.....I ordered a stock size (not custom size) log mold on 6/3. Their website says 1-2 weeks for processing. On 6/16, I emailed in the evening and got a reply almost immediately from Sandra that said: "Due to the delays of our other materials,We would like to apologize and asked for 1 more week to finished your order..Thank you for your patient..have a great evening!" I emailed again a week later on 6/24 and haven't gotten a reply yet. I've emailed again this morning.
