felixncharlie
Has anyone used this type of scent in a mix? I think it would be too strong on its own and am looking for mixing ideas.

blazerina
I mixed a woodsmoke scent with a rose musk scent and an equal amount of pine... and called it Victorian Fireside. It's a personal fave of mine, but was a bit disappointed that you could not really smell the pine... not because of the smoke though. It was the Rose that over took everything. Scented
Maybe mix with hay and have a bonfire? Maybe add a little marshmallow.

Darbla
Do any of you have campfire or wood smoke recommendations besides the one mentioned from WSP? I'm looking for something to blend my own 'Hearth & Home' type of scent, and need something smokey for the hearth part. Thanks!Edit: I may use 'Santa's Pipe' for the fire in the hearth part. Have any of you had luck mixing that with anything else?Darbla
heirloomoriginals
BCN has Campfire Smoke that smells exactly like the real thing!Steph
islandgirl
Be careful with BCN campfire.. There was a post about some burning issues with it recently. Wicks drowning or something if I remember correctly.. So make sure you really test this one if you choose to use..It is a wonderful scent!!!And it does smell just like campfire smoke!!
