eugenia
EO blend from Rainbow Meadow. I love that site. I have about 15 EO's and I swear I could come of with 100 blends using their blends. This one is colored with charcoal, I wanted it to be dark and mysterious.e
Carrie
By the name of the thread I thought it was going to be an ugly mess...LOL. Do the suds go dark from the charcoal?I think I'll go search charcoal now. Can't figure out why it would be good in soap.
soapbuddy
That looks cool!I've made charcoal soap for people that have oily skin, but mine didn't come out as dark as yours.

Louise
Wow! How neat is that?! I too thought, by the title of your thread, that I was going to see a blob of something, lol. I'll also have to search the charcoal thing. Is it a special kind of charcoal? or like charcoal used in fish tank filters? Are people using it for the black color or what? I don't get it either. Glad to hear it doesn't make black suds, I'm thinking that could be bad, lol.

Scented
I'll send you some if you'd like Carrie. That is dark, but at some point it's got to release some black I would think ... I would hope it doesn't.
SliverOfWax
That soap is spectacular. Just spectacular.Did I miss the oils you blended?
eugenia
Soap is like a box of chocolates; you never know exactly what you are going to get..... Sliver, EO's are peppermint, lemongrass, lavender and rosemary.
Meridith
Your soap is so cool looking and the eo blend sounds divine!! I finally ordered some and can not wait to get my charcoal. I hope my soap turns our half as cool looking as yours.
Scented
I hear ya Meridith. Mine's here and if she can go this dark then this could be ultra fun, especially not having to let mixed black oxide sit for a couple days and then only use a little. This could be wicked looking in a witches brew.
