Jujutwin
I keep looking for an answer to what would be good as a sub for almond oil in body butter due to an allergy of nuts, but can't seem to find it. I was wondering about grapeseed oil maybe?
CareBear
I've been working to eliminate sweet almond oil from recipes due to my own kids' tree nut allergies. At least for lip balms and solid lotions I have not found a direct replacement. Perhaps a blend of grapeseed and castor maybe. Still experimenting myself. green-tangerine
I have changed all my recipes over to contain rice bran oil instead of sweet almond. I was so paranoid when someone would come to my table and would always make sure they were aware that I used almond oil incase of an alergy. I feel a lot better and it is quite reasonable and I can use it in anything.Angela
