I'm not sure what DH did but my soap was square:angry2: so I recently changed the dimensions and now they fit nice and neat in the standard soap boxes and feel much better in the hand. Most places that sell lumber will cut the boards the length you want so it shouldn't be too hard to put it together. Good molds don't have to be expensive.
