realmarcha Posted July 23, 2005 Share Posted July 23, 2005 I purchase from SFIC, and yes, you save big time on shipping buying in bulk. Instead of having a smaller order shipped UPS, or through another shipping company, they truck it to a distribution center and from there out to where it is going. If you have a commercial address, this will save you the $25.00 residential fee they charge for home deliveries. Or, if the distribution center is close enough to your home, you can pick the order up and avoid the $25.00 residential fee...this is what I do since the distribution center is about 8 miles from where I live.
