WaxMunky
Hi,Is that glass or plastic? If it's glass I'd use any wax that's compatible with containers.Fill it but not all the way to the top.It is a pretty dish GIMME!!!You could use it as a candle holder,Glass beads/Rocks around it.Maybe a nice handmade soap dish..I see possibilities Good luck.Munky. Guest Candelishis
Looks JUST LIKE the plastic pudding/fruit dishes we had in Catholic grade school!! lol.You could wick it...you'd have to do a big wick to get a decent melt pool around the top...If it's the size I'm picturing, it would be tough because it's so short but wide around the top. chrisasst
yes these are plastic. I have dropped these in a 355 degree fryer and they don't melt. Haven 't tested with a flame though. It is only about 1 1/2" deep..
HeavenScentU
Plastic Hmmmm! I would probably double wick it if it is over 3 inches diameter. But I really like three wicks in a wide container..
SliverOfWax
1. You'll never wick a container like that.2. Step away from the wax. Plastic and fire is not a good combination. Use common sense. Good Grief! Sorry, but that's all I can think of to say. www.StuffSunshineLikes.com
mizbizzyb
no to plastic in my opinion.....do you have good insurance?
topofmurrayhill
If it's polycarbonate I don't see why you couldn't use it to make something for your own use. Just keep a watchful eye on it if you try. I'd say fill it to a point where the wax surface is less than 3 inches across. One wick and don't overdo it. Could look real nice burning.
