Denise06
Do you think it will be safe to make a soy candle using a coffee mug? 3" diameter? HTP 126?
nanny
I did a few in Christmas mugs, about the same size with a HTP126 wick. I tested them, I let them burn for 4 & 5 hours at a time to see if they would get to hot and crack. The outsides of the mugs really didn't get very warm, my jars get much hotter. The mugs are all thick and heavy. So far, so good.
Lantern Light Mama
I sure hope so! I'm giving a class in February on just that! After all the Christmas crunch I'll fiddle with it a bit.
justcountry
I use them all the time the don't get as hot as hot coffee and we use a coffee cup over and over so I would think they should be safe just don't overwick I have never had a problem
