ah-soy
I've downloaded a couple of Microsoft Word label templates from Labels by the Sheet but when they open they are just blank pages...no label template/outlines etc so I can't figure out where to put my graphic and wording...can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to fix this? TIA
candlesprite7
This is probably no help..(I probably do things the hard way...lol)I use them too, You just have to play with your spacing and placement. Just use plain paper to print and then put the sheet you printed on behind a sheet of your labels and it should show through if you put a light behind it. Then you will be able to figure out what you need to move and such.

I got their awesome oval waterproof labels, and the template they offer for it, is all rectangle which makes no sense to me whatsoever, so I made my own template in Avery, which wasn't too hard, but.....I still can't get these *&(&^&*%^%% things to line up correctly-I finally gave up on them, but really need to get back at it, or some of my products are going to be label-less come my Open House in Dec. YIKESLabelmaking has got to be the most frustrating part of this whole business IMO.If you have Avery, I can help you make a template for your labels, it's super easy. Now, if someone could just give me the magic solution to getting them all to line up, I'd be eternally grateful!
cestlavielumiere
I have used the plain sheet label (where you can create your own because some of my labels are unique shapes) and just cut them out myself. I did the trial and error thing. I went to microsoft word and put a text box in the exact size of my label and imported my design in the box, reproduced them through out the page and printed and adjusted as needed. I know it seems like a lot of time into it, but it was worth it to me and now a lot less headache.
beechcreekcandles
We also use the large sheet labels from Avery...#5265 and create our own templates using the newest Avery software Design Pro 5. If anyone needs help, PM us and we'll be glad to give you a hand.
