ShoogieScents
I was looking on Etsy at some Sugar Scrubs and some people state they don't use Preservative in their scrubs. Is it sage to make scrubs without preservatives? I though I had read that you HAVE to have preservative if you don't want bacteria problems??? CareBear
no it's not wise to not preserve scrubs. in theory you might not need them since they are a water-free product BUT the likelihood of water being introduced (dipping wet hands into the jar, lid not closed completely on tube, condensation from hot bathroom....) is so high it's just begging for trouble IMO. dirtybirdsoaps
I agree, thats why I do not sell mine......and when I do make a special order they are only enough for a one time use.
