kandlekrazy
Is anyone using a VOIP phone service for your toll free business phone #? I've been doing some research on the web, but would like a recommendation of a good company to use...but Not Vonage! TIA
sockmonkey
Here's some info on it from an old thread:http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19770&highlight=VOIP
kandlekrazy
Thanks, I found that thread in a search, but I'm looking more for someone who is running their candle or b & b business using one. We have Skype for home use, but they don't offer toll free #'s or I would use them for business as well.
SpaceGirl
I'm going to get a toll free number (tomorrow I'm calling, as a matter of fact!) We're going to go with something called Access Line (www.accessline.com). It does not require a separate line to be run to the house and is very customizable. kandleindulgence
I have my 800 with www.ureach.com. I have had that number for a couple of years now and I absolutely love Ureach. HTH,Jameelwww.kandleindulgence.com
southern.scents
try voip.com. They have a residential plan that can be toll free.
momtohaley2004
I use accessline. It's 6.80 a month (my plan is) for 100 minutes a month. I NEVER use all of mine so I choose the smaller plan. It rings right to my home phone without having to have an extra line installed. It is basically forwarded to my home phone. I like this because then my home phone number isn't published all over the place yet customers can still reach me. That and I don't have to pay for a second line. We almost never used our home phone (except for those nasty sales calls that come in) so we decided to cancel service 6 months ago, and I haven't missed it at all!! All we have is a DSL line to work with.
