They are sorta fun to do, would have been much easier if I had proper "equipment" Had to improvise and then stand there and hold mold in water bath until it had got thick enough. Sorta fun. Just take a plastic container, I use one of the sq. sandwich size ones, set it on top of your mold in the water bath with some kind of wt in it. A large can of veggies or soup would work.
