Dolphin146
I am so mad I bought 3 dozen 14oz christmas tins from Candles and Supplies.com. Well today I went and filled 4 of them to make wickless candles and they leaked in the seam. There add states that even tho they are not seamless they do not leak. Well I have news for them They do. I emailed them to see what they say and no answer yet. So If anyone is using these tins be very careful and check them after you pour your wax in them. Scent Cellar
Another reason to order from Peak Candle Supplies .. they always have top quality supplies.
bugtussle
I would not pour wax into anything but a seamless tin. Carole
logcabinmomma
There's a theory that you could paint the inside with layers of Modge Podge to seal it, but that's labor intensive and might possibly still leak.I've had issues with SEVERAL other things from Candles and Supplies. They are on my never ever even if they're the only company in the world list. :rolleyes2 -Kristi
Dolphin146
Can't say that I blame you. They are now on my never never list to now. I'll stick with ordering from peaks. Never had any trouble with them. Regina
debscent
Sorry to hear that happened, C&S is known for crappy service and products. While they aren't Xmas tins, the tins I get from Candle Science are nice and they have the feet on the bottom.
