That looks yummy. How do you get it to whip up so light and fluffy and does it remain that way? Ginger

It's coffee butter, which is pretty soft to begin with. Along with some other nice oils, I added some melted cocoa butter while whipping in my Kitchen Aid. It whipped for about an hour on and off.

I made this Sunday, and it's still as light and fluffy as it was then. It's all packaged and ready to go to my annual show.
