titanium dioxide doesnt burn

Recommended Posts

Most pigments do not burn and can clog the wicks on candles. Try using a candlemaking liquid dye formulated for the purpose of coloring candles. A white dye is available. You will have to test to see if your wicks can handle the dye. You did not mention anything about what kind of wax you are using nor the source of the titanium (this pigment is used in all white candle dyes) nor the size/type of wick you are using. Without more specific information, I'm afraid I can't help more than to suggest using liquid candle dyes.
