I have sent several emails to the address I had with my order confirmation and have not received a reply. I also used the contact form on their site and didn't receive a reply to that also. I did not see a phone number listed on their site. Does anyone have a different e-mail address or phone number for Rachel's Potpourri? When I wrote with a product question I received a reply but no one answers the emails with the product problem. Thanks for the information. DonC Posted October 10, 2007 Share Posted October 10, 2007 If all else fails....call the number.I had to do that with a supplier that went out business and didn't answer emails or phones listed on there site. inspiration Posted November 2, 2009 Share Posted November 2, 2009 (edited) Hi everyone, I hope you guys can help me, I am trying to contact Rachel's Potpourri, as I placed an order on Oct. 21st and have not been contacted in any way, I too have emailed her at the email adress that confirmed reception of my order but no answer. I called the number in Va, but it has been disconected.
