Tasha
My son excema. Not sure if I spelled that right. I have unrefined shea butter that I sell to my customers that I use on hime. We are African American and with any of the butters they can only be used at night. We live in Miami it is very hot here and if used during the day it literally cooks the skin. With his skin condition his skin has to stay moisturized, if not he gets very dry itchy and ashy. At the age of 4 he understands his skin condition very well. I have tried soy lotion, but it doesn't last very long. Can anyone tell me what the goats milk lotion is like. Is it thick in texture or kind of loose like the? soapbuddy
It really depends where you purchase the lotion. Some can be thick, others are a little runny.Have you tried making your own?Irena
Tasha
I am strongly thinking about since it something that is hard to find here in Miami
Jcandleattic
I know it's really very expensive, but in my experience Emu Oil has worked WONDERS on my friends exzema(sp?) and a little bit goes a long way. I've never tried any kind of GM lotion (only soap), so I can't comment on that.
soapbuddy
Since it's hot and or humid where you are, what about fractionated coconut oil which is a nice light oil with good moisturizing properties, or maybe jojoba?Jojoba is actually not an oil, but a plant wax.Irena
