coconut
Hello, can anyone recommend a cotton core wick that is smaller than LX8 or Peak's C30? I'm using 4630 in a 4 oz jelly jar and I actually have a couple of scents that burn too hot. Anybody try S330T in this wax? I like the cottons better than the HTP because the HTP burns too hot near the bottom of the jar. Thanks everyone!
Jeana
I'm pretty sure that LX is a flat braid, not a cotton cored. If paper cored will do for you, the P series, sizes starting at 200 and up are quite small. Candlewic sells them. Here are some cotton cored wicks that Candlewic also sells. http://www.candlewic.com/store/Product.aspx?q=cWick+Spools,p600The 10-38 and the 28-24 are very small. If you like the way the LX burns, you may like the TL series. They are a flat braid too, but would be smaller than the LX 8, and not as hot as HTP.HTH

Thanks everyone! Here is a link that might help you - it's to a wick description and recommendation chart from WickIt... the LX8s are recommended for tealights and are flat braid...http://www.wickit.net/products.html#lx
