I was waiting to see how dark this FO was going to get and I think it's going to go darker, but for the meantime ... that little playing around stuff looks like this inside (I expect this to disappear lol). The upside ... that sliver I cut off, soaps up like this: Now we'll just see how brown this Amber gets. jbren Posted August 7, 2007 Share Posted August 7, 2007 It looks great...and it will still look great when it darkens.I made a batch with Amber Resin infused in one of my oils...no fragrance, just the resin...and it darkened also, but the smell is worth it! I just really don't want it to go darker overall. Jbren ... so a resin darkened as well? Here I was just thinking it was because there's vanilla in this. Pretty pink hand too!! lol LMAO!!Anita, you might have to test it. It's only a new recipe lol. Thanks for the comments all. We'll see what happens by the end of the week now. It reminds me of a pumpkin loaf that I waited almost a week to cut and when I did it had a dark crust but the inside was bright orange and in a matter of two or three days the inside was dark as the crust.
