mindy5140
How the heck do you get the soap out of it without it looking like crap???????I had to actually cut around the edges to get the soap to pop out??TIA,Mindy
Scent Cellar
Are you using it with M&P? If so, just pop the mold with soap into the freezer for about 15 minutes and try again.
EmpressC
Not sure what the mold actually looks like, but with my soaps I just got into the habit of sticking them in the freezer for 15 minutes. They pop right out no matter what the mold! They will sweat, but I just leave them be until it evaporates (usually in a couple hours to a day). HTH.ETA: I see Scent Cellar beat me to the punch! thesoapbox
I usually let my mp soaps sit in the molds for a day or two and then they pop right out. I don't like using the freezer so I go this route.Angi
mindy5140
Thanks, will try that. I don't know why I didn't think of that, I do that with my tarts, lol. Yep, I'm using M&P soap.
Meridith
I always spray mine with a little vegetable spray and have found that works best for me. Many times the freezer did not work to release the soap and I don't have days to wait to unmold the soap.
