Che65
Hello,I'm knew to candlemaking, and have learned so much from your Community.Have been testing, testing, and testing again. Thanks to you all, I stay motivated. Even cutting back on snacks to buy Supplies :highfive: I know there's been many discussions on adding CO. But, can someone add, when/or at what temp should the CO be added. Not sure if I should add it when I add the color/FO. (Temperature is the key in Candlemaking) I'm using C-3 if that helps. Wicked and Wickless. Thanks in Advance,Che65

hexie
i believe someone also said they melt it first then add wax. i got some yesterday and will be trying it tomorrow, ANYTHING to avoid a sinkhole!
Sharon in KY
It melts so easy, mine melts at room temp. I add after FO & color then CO and stir. Everyone has a different ideal of what works and some say it doesn't work for them at all. Good luck.
Stella1952
ANYTHING to avoid a sinkhole!Cool the candles slowly on a wire rack (covered with a large box) so they don't contract unevenly. The key is to cool slowly and evenly all around the candle. Don't place them too close to one another as they are cooling. HTH
