Blueroc85 Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 My husband just bought me a heat gun, as I need to do some leveling on some 4627 containers. The lowest heat setting is 650 degrees F. Is that the temperature that your heat guns have or do yours go to a lower temperature? I was just asking as I didn't want to overdo on the heat (650 seemed excessive to me, but I ave never used or owned a heat gun before)and cause a fire, break the container, etc.... I'm just trying to be safe! Thank you in advance for your information! Quote
dpowell Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 We've got a few Wagner heat guns. They are 750 degrees low setting / 1000 high setting. Quote
Candybee Posted July 9, 2007 Posted July 9, 2007 I've got a wagner heat gun too. I use the high setting to smooth the tops of my candles. Just works faster. No problems! Quote
