Rainwater

Is there anything special I need to do with the rainwater besides filtering it? I've been collecting some since it's been raining everyday for months now and been wanting to try it.

I always wanted to try that but never did.

UGH... I remember reading some information on it a while back but can't recall much of it beyond the possibility of it changing your soap (just as using distilled water vs. hard water vs. soft water).

I thought Robin uses rain water in some of her soaps. Unless the chickens drink it first. Maybe try asking her.

I don't think my rain water is particularly clean - but then I live in NJ.
