thesoapbox Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 Hi all!I am going to start using testers for my future products that I plan on adding to my business. Now I have been using these products on myself and family for quite awhile but I wanted to have a group of people that have no ties to me (mainly because my family is too nice and won't say if they dislike something I make) and would like their opinions on the items, how they perform, how they like the packaging, etc.So, my main question is what do you put on your questionnaire that accompanies the product you send out to your testers? I have done a search but I am coming up with nothing. If anyone can point me to an example or maybe send me an example I would so greatly appreciate it Angi Quote

thesoapbox Posted July 4, 2007 Author Posted July 4, 2007 Anyone have one that is geared more towards bath and body items? That one is great but I only deal with tarts and small wickless candles atm so I can use some of it for those but I need one for bath and body as well Angi Quote

SoapDiva Posted July 4, 2007 Posted July 4, 2007 I use an online survey because most of my testers are people that read my blog. So, SurveyMonkey.com works really well for me. When they are ready I send them a link with a survey specific to that item. Quote
thesoapbox Posted July 4, 2007 Author Posted July 4, 2007 Here is where I found it :http://www.candletech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46898&highlight=tester+questions%5CIt gave me a good general idea of what to put on the questionnaire and I know I will be adding a few more things that are product specific. I will just think of the product and what I would look for in it and put them into questions Angi Quote
