I never used it for a picture, but I did print sayings on them for a candle for my girlfriend (it was a candle of her daughter who passed away). It came out really good, that paper holds ink really well. Just make sure it drys completely before using it.

I'm thinking it may be ok for a forever pillar for overdipping, but not sure about in canes.

Not sure it would adhere to sides with the ice cube/cold cloth method

We went round and round with this well over a year ago. I don't think anyone every found a way to ember that kind of paper. Not that I remember. So I gave up. But of course it can be glued to the outside of a candle and then overdipped. Donita
