TwinMom Posted June 30, 2007 Posted June 30, 2007 I have been researching this section for the last week about different soy waxes etc. For soy tarts I have a pillar/soy blend container wax (from Voyageuer Soap and Candle, but they dont say what 'kind' of soy it is just the blend)...anyway is it okay to use for tarts in clamshells? I saw on here in numerous posts that if you add beeswax it will make it a little bit harder, is that okay for this blend? Soy is NEW to me, but i just got some pillar soy and container soy to try out. Thanks in advance for any ideas or help. I am so new at soy that I dont even know a good place in Canada to purchase any.... Quote
Judy, USMC Posted June 30, 2007 Posted June 30, 2007 I blend my own EcoSoy for clamshells. 25% pillar & 75% container. Works great for me. I started out with a 50/50 blend and adjusted from there. Quote
