I had a similiar problem with hot apple pie and cinnamon bun from BCN. What solved the problem for me was adding the FO 10 degrees hotter than usual. So instead of adding the FO at 170, I added it at 180 and that seemed to help. These "cinnamon" type scents seem to need more cure time as well in my experience.

Good luck!

I'm really liking BW Cinnamon Bun in my soy. I tested it yesterday and just lit it this morning. It's strong. You can definitly smell the cinnamon in this one.

I'm guessing BW is Backwoods? I use a combo of Cinnamon Buns from ICS and Cinnabon from RA. ICS has the best in my opinion but the one from RA has a lot of yeasty bun smell, so I mix them to get a good balance. I also have added Cinnamon Stick from JS, VERY cinnamony so just a few drops. JS is a good since they test with soy. I haven't been disappointed with any of my oils from ICS RA or JS, they've all worked beautify for me.
