Leesters
As a man, I can attest that Vanilla works for me. The smell of chocolate or coffee also works. Just no White Shoulders, as that is the odor of my evil step mother, which will definetely soften the wick.

Candle Man
I don't know about vanilla but, My customers rave over Pink Sugar. In my body spray they say their men want to lick it off of them. It smells like cotton candy, so maybe that's why.

dirtybirdsoaps
Vanilla Patchouli as well. Me personally I don't care for patchouli but I figure either you hate it or LOVE it, but both vanilla AND patchouli are aphrodisiacs. Patchouli was commonly used in love potions
asheebeans
I've heard cinnamon really puts them over the edge. Heck, if vanilla was the key I would burn a vanilla candle every day!
Connie
Patchouli would'nt work for any of my friends or family. Not our favorite, but I have to make it for others. I have a customer that buys 16oz apothecary jars buy the case, and 6 of them are vanilla. For that very reason. They are a very happy couple.
