Crystala25
My soap mold had broken and until I was able to buy a new one, I bought a smaller substitute one from an online supplier. Anyhow, they had also sent me some coconut oil and palm oil both of which when I melted them had pet hairs (at least I think they belonged to a pet) swimming all in them, and not one or two, a whole bunch. Ewww. I don't want to ask them for a replacement because I don't know what else will come in them, should I ask for a refund. Just looking for advice before I contact them. TIA. mystical_angel1219
That is completely disguisting.I'd email them and state exactly why you are unhappy.I personally would never order again.
Crystala25
This isn't one of main suppliers, just someone I wanted to try since I was getting a mold anyways. I am definately going to send them an email and let them know. The mold itself was awesome, but after seeing the oils I scrubbed the thing down real good just to make sure.
