LaurieF
I have always used HTP wicks and have been pretty happy with them with JJ but trying square mason and candelina jars and not happy with them with pure soy.I do not like cotton wicks and and wonder what other wicks are made of? (CD, LX, etc.)Are they all natural lead free? If someone could help me or direct me to a good link,
PamR
Lx & cd wicks have no metal at all in them. They are just about all I use. I use more of the cds than anything. I'm finding that a cd 16 will burn my mason jars in most fos.PamR
debscent
My understanding is CDs are cotton/paper wicks intertwined together. I'm sure I will be corrected if I'm wrong. I'm a big fan of CD wicks.

stacien
I agree with them CD's are good wicks I always have great luck with unusual jars and double wicking if I have to. I have tried them on the retangular and the metro and they burn great. Give them a try.
