Crafty1_AJ Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 I once sent someone some LLC scrub, and her kid commented that he didn't think something called "London Lemon Crud" would sell very well. LOL! That sounds about like me trying to read a label and thinking it said "crud" instead of "curd" -- heh heh! I thought that was funny and cute! These will probably d a bit more, but I added TD to the batch. I think the swirl portion will probably stay white because it's unscented.Sorry about the wonky lighting; it's super overcast here and my pics look lousy unless taken outdoors w/ natural lighting. tychels Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Ooh, those are pretty! I love the swirl and I bet they smell great. I have never smelled the LLC but I love me lemon! Sharon Quote
Scented Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 I would be curious to see how much more it discolors. Quote
ladysj Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Those are beautiful!!!! So elegant & classy looking. I want to try the LLC I've heard so much about it. Quote
diamondk Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Very pretty and please let us know if it discolors anymore. I want to try this but not ready to add another supplier to my list. Quote
heirloomoriginals Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Looks great! If you want a Lemon Curd that doesn't discolor, try Backwoods. I tested it for them and it stayed white and yellow, just like I made it. They call it Lemon Tart, but it is supposed to be close to Lemon Curd.Steph Quote
ruba Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Nice, very nice and I bet it smells delish... I haven't had a chance to smell it either... writing it on my list of scents to try. Quote
Crafty1_AJ Posted March 19, 2007 Author Posted March 19, 2007 I would be curious to see how much more it discolors.I did some research on this before soaping it. Seems a bunch of TD helps, and I did add a bunch. I think it will go a bit darker; a goldeny tan anyway. Quote

(I got it from my secret buddy a while back). Those are some very pretty swirly bars! Quote
LovelyLathers Posted March 19, 2007 Posted March 19, 2007 Very nice. I added td to my LLC and it still came out a dark tan maybe I didn't add enough.. So now I switched to BW Lemon Tart and it doesn't discolor. And smells as good. Quote
