AngelaVA
I am thinking of purchasing a sealer to shrink wrap my candles, but was hoping to get some recommendations from the experts as to where to buy and what kind to get. I will be shrinking mostly votives and tarts. Thanks for the help.
MichelleOH
I actually bought my off EBAY. Brand new and never had any trouble. I know a lot of others have bought from somewhere online, but the name is slipping my mind right now. HTH
7Angela7
I bought mine off ebay also. It was called: 8" Impulse Die Cast Heat Bag Sealer, from the seller harveststore.
AngelaVA
Thanks for the ebay tip, I wil definitely look there. I also looked at Packco this morning. They have three types of sealers - the regular sealer, the sealer with a cutter and a sealer with "trim and seal element". What is the difference (besides a lot of money ) between these features? I really don't know how shrink wrap sealers work, so I am not sure which one I would need. Thanks
Scented
We got an impulse sealer off eBay as well and like it! Course we're looking for another element, think it was a round one to use with it. We thought our sealer was very reasonable. There were a variety of sizes out there. I think we got the 12.
Trish
I got mine from HarborFreight, I think it was $30.
NotJustFragrances
I bought one off ebay, I actually bought the foot pedal model and it is great. There is a guy on there from PA that sells them for half of what you would pay anywhere else. Gives you hands free so you can hold the piece with two hands.
