I use the black australian clay from KB. It's always black and stays black. Sorry, I haven't tried oxides.

Thanks Carrie. I got them from KB and went to their website and I didn't see what is a recommendation on the usage of their clays. Could you steer me in the right direction for the black. TIA

Either one lol! And yes, just a little bit. I did manage to produce some gray bubbles from using too much.

I going to do black and red swirl using Drakkar and see how it goes. lmao I will use 1/8 tsp of black and 1/4 tsp of brick red and see how it goes. :laugh2:

If you are using red oxide, as with the black, a little goes a long ways.
