Candy Bosxes for tarts

I was thinking of using the candy boxes from nashville wraps to package some of my tarts in. would that suck the scent out if stored in there for too long? I have some sitting in them now. My tarts aren't greasy so no fo stains on the boxes but i wanting to see if they lose their smell. anyone?

I would love to see a Co-Op run for the 2 and 4 pack tart boxes. They look very nice packaged in those.

Well let me explain something about Frontier...

The owner of Frontier is the son of the owner of Sunshine Container. Left on bad terms and decided to go into business for himself. If you look at the sunshine container website, their prices have dropped DRASTICALLY beating out Frontier.

I actually ordered from Frontier this morning. I saw your post and decided to inform the owner of Frontier that you were putting his personal information out on message boards. It seems that you have an personal agenda or something against Frontier and a bias for Sunshine. (Which is your right) but if you want to post to message boards, at least you should have the respect to either get all of the facts or mind your own business. Since you seem to be so interested in Frontier, I was told by the owner that he was FIRED by his own father.

What kind of person fires his own son??

Regarding the prices, well if Sunshine's prices have dropped dramatically, then you have to ask yourself a question? Have I been getting ripped off by Sunshine in the past and know all of a sudden the prices dropped? Common sense tells you that competition is causing the competitors to lower their prices. If anything you should be thanking Frontier for causing competion and lowering the prices. I hope you run your business with more common sense then you display with your outright disrespectful posts. After reading your post, I decided to buy from Frontier because it seems that you have a vested interest in Sunshine and since your reflections are extremely poor, in my opinion it reflects bad on Sunshine.

Both sites have the boxes for 4 listed at $44 a case. Sunshine's says they are .39 each, but the case price is $44

I also went and looked at both sites, and I saw the case pricing was exactly the same. I like that Frontier, will accept Paypal also, because Sunshine Container, does not.

Votivemaker, I didnt divulge any names so I didnt post any personal information. I want YOU to show me where I posted any names or what you consider personal information other than the owner of Frontier being the son of the owner of Sunshine Container.

And I did have all the facts.

This is a business and if the son wasnt doing his job, I would fire him too. But thats my opinion.

Just because you own a business doesnt mean that your children can do whatever they want and bring the business down and be exempt from being fired solely because they are the son or daughter.

Now go call your buddy at Frontier and tell him what I posted and give him my email so that he himself can email than to have a person like you as his gofer.

Actually, I am a 53 year old school teacher from Kitty Hawk, NC and a mother of 3 children. Our school is planning on doing a candle fundraiser and I was interested in getting tart boxes. I was given the candletech forum website as a good starting point for my research. Since I was new to the message board, I was trying to get information on a supplier that I found.

I have to admit that I was a little suspicious of the identity as well.

I'm with Carebear. I really don't care what's what with the 2 companies and only interested in the 3 things she mentioned.

About why a father would fire a son--there are plenty of reasons. I've known people who have had to fire their children. I've also known people that didn't and let their once successful business go down the tubes.
