ragnarock47 Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 I was searching the forums for info on Pryme dyes and saw in quite a few of the search results that people are looking for dropper bottles.I was dating a women a few years back near a place called American Science Surplus. I went to their web site and they have 10 glass dropper bottles for $3.95: http://www.sciplus.com/category.cfm?category=80They also have some cool jelly jars on the 3rd page of glass containers. ragnarock47 Posted January 5, 2007 Author Posted January 5, 2007 I forgot to mention that the people looking for these were using the EVO liquid dyes. Quote
GrayMaire Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Thanks for the link! These look great, but do you know if the rubber bulb will stand up to dye? I've tried a couple of things and had the dyes I use eat right through them. I get mine from Bramble Berry, and they don't identify what type they are... :undecidedLori Quote
ragnarock47 Posted January 6, 2007 Author Posted January 6, 2007 I have no idea Lori. I was just looking for info about the Pryme dyes and saw people were looking for dropper bottles and it occurred to me to check out this place for those folks, I had a hunch they'd have them. Quote
Sharon in KY Posted January 6, 2007 Posted January 6, 2007 I got my dropper bottles from RA. Their dyes come in them but they do sell extra ones. I bought several extra to pour the pryme and evo colors in. Quote
SatinDucky Posted January 7, 2007 Posted January 7, 2007 ooOO I love that place I have ordered some dropper bottles from them. The tiny little ones, holds maybe 1/3 oz I think. I have white pigment in one and a green dye I mixed in one. Neither get used real frequently, but they've been in the bottles over a year and the bulb is still in good shape and works fine ...Speaking of AS&S.. haven't seen Garf.... Quote
evesorto Posted March 30, 2007 Posted March 30, 2007 http://www.sciplus.com/photoPopUp.cfm?photo=37115.jpg&name=Big YapsHas anybody used these for candles? the price is right! 10 for $4.50. Great shipping rates. Dont these look similar to the wsp surplus 6 ouncers?.I will wait a bit for some feedback but for 30 jars for under $20 with shipping, I dont know how I could go wrong, unless the glass is poor quality and cant hold a candle. I hope someone has feedback. thanksEve Quote

I started out with silver lids and one company wasn't guaranteeing them anymore and so I had to switch to gold. Disappointed in that, but I'll live. Quote
