PamR
I finally realized I need an impulse sealer, but am unsure which size would be best. I keep looking at the 8 in, but wondering if the 12 in would be better. What do you all use? thanksPam R
ChrisR
I have the 8" and have never needed one bigger over the past 7 years. Unless you're sealing something wider than 8", you shouldn't need the 12"....but only you can decide that.
fredron
I just ordered an 8", but I'm wondering what sizes of tubes/bags work best for packaging votives & tarts.Do you package votives individually, or in groups? I'm breaking new ground here, any suggestions would be helpful.Fredron
Scented
Hey Pam, I think ours is an 8 inch too. Haven't needed anything bigger.
ChrisR
I personally shrink wrap each votive because I like the presentation better and my customers buy a lot of different votives, not groups. I use the 4 x 6 bags cause that's what I like best, so I can't help with tubing size, but I would think 4" would work good. I did try the 3" tubing once and thought it was a little too small for votives, but you should try it yourself to see how you like it. I use clamshells for my tarts, so I don't need any wrapping.
