50/50 blend advice needed again (with pics)

Recommended Posts

This will be the last thread I start about this wax, I promise. I'd just like to know what you all thought about my newest tests. I'm starting to think that maybe I'm being too critical, I don't know.

I'm still not getting a full melt pool but these were a little better.

CDN 10 and 12's... this was at 4 1/2 hours. Scented white chocolate @ 9%, no dye.

Hey Clean--

What is the size of that container? The bad wax I had didn't even get close to a full melt pool. What's the hot throw like?

It's the 12 oz. status with a 3 inch diameter. These are doing so much better than the 1st batch which was one of my lighter scents, go figure. I've got a few more FO's to test and if they look like this I'll be happy. The second burn left a little more hangup (4 1/2 hours) than these did but were still much better than the first ones I tested. The hot throw is excellent.

I am sooo proud!!! They actually do not look bad at all. I closed my eyes when I went to open this, I was afraid to see. LOL.

Ya know when I had the bad wax, some of my candles burned really bad in the beginning (like yours) and towards the middle they started evening out. (like yours).;) Not sure what happened but Yours look like they are catching up!

I am actually so relieved. I won't breathe a total sigh of relief until I test all of my oils but I think it's going to be ok :)

THANK YOU for all of your support in this one.

Have you gotten your wax from them yet? Let me know how it goes, ok?

I think I'm going to call Sherrie today and let her know it worked out after all... I also need some more Snowy Pine. Can't run out of that this time of year!!
