cleanglow
This will be the last thread I start about this wax, I promise. I'd just like to know what you all thought about my newest tests. I'm starting to think that maybe I'm being too critical, I don't know.I'm still not getting a full melt pool but these were a little better.CDN 10 and 12's... this was at 4 1/2 hours. Scented white chocolate @ 9%, no dye.
Accents
That doesn't look too bad. Try burning it a couple more times, looks like it might catch up.
debscent
Hey Clean--What is the size of that container? The bad wax I had didn't even get close to a full melt pool. What's the hot throw like?
malaki
i dont think it looks bad either i think it will catch up slowly as long as your getting good hot throw. i rather have it that way then super hot that might cause a problem better be safe then sorry. cleanglow
Hey Clean--What is the size of that container? The bad wax I had didn't even get close to a full melt pool. What's the hot throw like? It's the 12 oz. status with a 3 inch diameter. These are doing so much better than the 1st batch which was one of my lighter scents, go figure. I've got a few more FO's to test and if they look like this I'll be happy. The second burn left a little more hangup (4 1/2 hours) than these did but were still much better than the first ones I tested. The hot throw is excellent. country creek
I am sooo proud!!! They actually do not look bad at all. I closed my eyes when I went to open this, I was afraid to see. LOL.Ya know when I had the bad wax, some of my candles burned really bad in the beginning (like yours) and towards the middle they started evening out. (like yours). Not sure what happened but Yours look like they are catching up!
cleanglow
I am actually so relieved. I won't breathe a total sigh of relief until I test all of my oils but I think it's going to be ok THANK YOU for all of your support in this one. Have you gotten your wax from them yet? Let me know how it goes, ok?I think I'm going to call Sherrie today and let her know it worked out after all... I also need some more Snowy Pine. Can't run out of that this time of year!!
