Lisa
Can you use any wax for the chunks or does it have to be 1343? What other wax would work for the over pour? How does the 1343 smell with frag in it?Hugs
Linnyeg
you can use any wax for chunks. 1343 works well for overpour as it's translucent. If you add fragrance to it it can mottle though (if it's 1343A) and any additives used to diminish mottling will affect the translucency. Donita
I use a mp wax of about 143. The wax I am using currently in a blend but you don't need to. My overpour is the one I use to mottle. I like some mottle in my chunkies because that is what I do....but if I want it to be clear I use 4045EP.....If I want it even more opaque I add vybar or gloss poly....just a little. That will make your wax creamy looking. Hope this helps......just keep on experimenting. Donita
