SatinDucky
There are many suppliers that carry it. You'll probably want to look for one close to save on shipping. I'm sure there are a lot more places, but here's a few to get you started...www.carolinacandlesupplies.comwww.houstoncandlesupply.com www.tristatecandlesupply.net www.wholesalesuppliesplus.com www.lonestarcandlesupply.com
TartAddict
I didn't want to fork out a ton of money (I'm just starting to make my own tarts). I got mine in an 11# slab from Ebay for $12.99 plus shipping. Just ordered it yesterday, so can't give you any reviews yet, but seller had good feedback I also ended up buying her Presto pot with spigot. Gotta love Ebay!http://stores.ebay.com/Fancy-Cat-Candles_W0QQssPageNameZviQ3asibQ3astoreviewQQtZkmHer id is fancycatlips

Carrie
I buy mine from Issaquah candle and supply. An 11lb slab is $10. I'm only a state away and the shipping parcel post on a case is only $15 with insurance. A few people have complained lately about his CS and shipping. I've never had a problem.HTH
